Lilly’s Newborn Session – a little farm princess | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

This lovely couple welcomed their little Lilly two weeks before, and Katie was so excited for the session that she had a flower crown made especially for her, using fresh roses. Living on a farm, I am sure there is so much inspiration all around and I must say I would love to be able to give that to my kids. Just imagine the adventures little Lilly has ahead of her!

During her session, this baby girl gave me smile upon smile, and was truly a delight to photograph. Wrapped snugly into a little ball, or curled into sweet squishy poses, she was the perfect little model :) Looking back at these photos one day, I wonder which will be her favourite?!

Ben and Katie, it was so lovely meeting you and your beautiful Lilly, thank you for bringing her all the way to me to capture something special for your new family. I hope you treasure these photos forever and that they bring back the feelings of absolute wonder you had in those first few weeks of having a new baby. I hope to see you guys again as she grows up!

If you’re reading this and are expecting your own baby, or someone close to you is having a baby, I would love to be considered for your newborn photography. Bookings can be done as early as your 20th week of pregnancy, as we only make the final date once your baby is born. Making a tentative date for your newborn session beforehand ensures you can have peace of mind that the session is scheduled, you won’t forget or get lost in all that’s happening close to the birth, and you can ensure that I am available for your date.
